Fault report

When you have a problem with your magnet system our goal is to help you find a solution as quickly as possible. However, we need some basic information about the nature of the fault to follow up accordingly. For example: 

  • How many times did the fault occur?
  • Was there an alarm?

The preliminary fault report form is designed to guide you through some simple questions that need no special knowledge or equipment. Help us to help you.
